My nursing philosophy involves embracing each client as a whole individual with unique circumstances, needs, strengths, weaknesses, personality traits, and backgrounds among other things. I aim to be empathetic and compassionate and actively involve each client in his or her own care while providing them with as much knowledge and support as possible.
I have experienced that communication and understanding are key to providing quality care and I value both qualities in my approach to nursing.
